Natural products are very much effective than the artificial products available in the market. If you take a healthy diet of fresh fruits and vegetables it will prove beneficial for your body. If you find any food items create irritation avoid the use of it afterwards. Moreover, avoid the use of spicy foods as they may cause a lot of irritation to sensitive skin.
Various herbal products are also good for the sensitive body type:
- If you want to do facial and can’t use creams due to sensation, then go for the jojoba oil to do it. Also, facial exfoliate can be prepared by grapefruit and oatmeal.
- Fruits can make a better face mask. For sensitive skin, yogurt and cucumber prove to be the best among all.
- The use of green tea helps in preventing sensitive skin to various reactions due to its anti-inflammatory properties.
- Also Aloe Vera, when applied to the red, blotchy and affected area, helps in soothing the skin.
It is better to avoid the use of organic products which are the main cause of sensitive skin because our skin becomes sensitive due to certain allergies. These allergies may be caused through the organic products. Also, make sure before using any product, it should be comfortable for your skin tendency. Apply it to a small area and see its effect after some time. If your skin becomes red or causes itching in that area, it means you are sensitive to that product and avoid its use.
